Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group and leasing group. As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator under general supervision of the Branch Manager coordinates and performs the administrative and clerical function for the branch sales office, maintains office records and files.
- Processes all new truck orders within company guideline procedures.
- Prepares truck sales quotations as requested by sales personnel.
- Prepares all documents related to new and used truck sales.
- Maintains vigilance on chassis ordered until delivery, receives units and maintains truck inventory files.
- Must be completely familiar with Kenworth and other products sold by branch sales personnel - pricing, data books, prospector system and ETO system.
- Maintains and have complete understanding of all published Sales and Product Bulletins.
- Compiles data and maintain appropriate sales records and reports; makes entries into various journals as instructed; prepares documents for accounting department.
- Verifies new truck pricing and discounts using current price lists and related information.
- May operate a terminal console, typewriter, and other related office equipment in fulfilling duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Broad knowledge of Company’s services, products and marketing techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- High energy level and positive attitude.
- People skills a must.
